Without Merit by Colleen Hoover
4 out of 5 stars
“Don’t make your presence known. Make your absence felt.”
― Colleen Hoover, Without Merit
Colleen Hoover does it again with another outstanding read "Without Merit", I could not put it down, it was AMAZING. I was waiting a long time to read this book and I was not disappointed. "Without Merit"deals with depression, love and family, and I could one hundred percent relate to the main character, Merit. I now cannot wait for another Colleen Hoover book. What did you guys like about “Without Merit”? I personally loved all the names in the book I think they were unique and perfect. So let me know down below.
"Without Merit"deals a depression and family. Merit the main character in the story is about 17 years old and in high school. Merit collects trophies and it quit high school. She then gets close to a total stranger Sagan, whom she met in the beginning of the story. Sagan is intrigued by Merit and her weirdness (which is so cute). They both have a connection and then they have big giant kiss. He then gets a call from someone and then Merit realizes that Sagan is speaking to her twin sister. (OMG) Merit is so embarrassed and just has a complete withdrawal from her family. Merit has to deal with a lot of her family issues, she is tired and kinda to me seems like she quite, which in my experience I know too well.
So this book deals with depression and it really got to me and I could totally relate to Merit. She seemed ok from the outside but the inside she was not.
I recommend this book to EVERYONE Colleen Hoover is amazing and I have no words, just amazing. So if you love Colleen Hoover or are a Hoover fan I recommend this book.
