First off I want to thank Dallas for sending me this lovely book. Thank you Dallas I really enjoyed the book.
Melody’s key is what I wanted in a romance novel I loved it and it was really well detailed. Dallas can really write these big intellectual words. I really want to go to the countryside of the United Kingdom now, Dallas really put in a lot of detail in the setting and it made want to go there. The story is very original and beautifully written.
Melody’s Key is about a girl named Tegan Lockwood who is an amazing songwriter and artist. She sacrificed her dreams of going to Columbia University for the arts. She sacrificed her dreams of going there to stay home and work on their family’s struggling business. Their family business is kind of a bed and breakfast sorta thing. Tegan feels stuck and she doesn’t blame her parents she knows they don’t have money, her life would have no color or emotion or beauty in her life; until a mysterious guest who comes in and draws her out of her darkness. Mason Keane a singing sensation who is super famous falls head over heel for Tegan. Tegan can’t stand him at first she doesn’t know why he will fall for her, she is not a perfect model type girl like she sees him with on all the magazines, Mason tells her he is different and that she is special and has talent that the world need to see. Will they work together? Will their relationship last? What happens when their love will be tested, when she will choose her family and her struggles or her true love? You guys will definitely be cheering for these two. So go and read it you won’t be disappointed.
